High Alumina Ceramic Balls

Features of High Alumina Ceramic Balls:

1.They have high mechanical strength. The flexural strength of sintered alumina ceramic products can reach 250MPa, and that of hot-pressed products can reach 500MPa. The strength can be maintained up to 900℃ at high temperatures.

2. High alumina ceramic balls have a high resistivity and excellent electrical insulation performance. The resistivity at room temperature is 1015Ω·cm, and the insulation strength is 15kV/mm.

3.High hardness, with a Mohs hardness of 9.

Advantages of High Alumina Ceramic Balls:

1.High hardness: The hardness of alumina ceramics are extremely high, higher than that of most metals and other ceramic materials. This makes it perform well in terms of wear resistance and scratch resistance.

2.Corrosion resistance: Alumina ceramics have good corrosion resistance to most acids, alkalis and solvents, and can be used for a long time in harsh chemical environments.

3.Insulation performance: Alumina ceramics have very low electrical conductivity and dielectric constant, and can be used to make insulators and substrates for electronic devices.

4.Lightweight: Although alumina ceramics have high hardness and strength, their density is relatively low and they are lighter than metals. This makes it very attractive in applications where weight reduction is required.
